Shipping

QRS products will be shipped via UPS ground with delivery confirmation. A Sales Tax of 10% will be charged in Illinois. Shipping and Handling is $40.00 within the Continental USA. Shipping may require 5-10 business days for delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address.

QRS Rent-to-Buy

You can rent the QRS for a continuous period of 8-weeks.  If you decide to buy the system during or after the rental period, the rental fees will be deducted from the full purchase price of $2,950.00. Rent-to-Buy offer will be valid within 6 months of the rental end date. Money back guarantee is not applicable with Rent-to-Buy.  Rental agreement terms and conditions are applicable.

If you chose to return the QRS, it has to be returned in good condition and in the original packaging with the original collateral materials or a refurbishing fee will be charged. System includes mattress, pillow, control box, and power package.  Do not remove the plastic wrapping until the rental period or 60-day money back guarantee has ended. If the plastic has been removed, the QRS cannot be returned.

Note: If the renter does not return the QRS at the end of the contract period, the entire purchase price of $ 2,950.00 - less rental paid - will be billed to the Renter’s credit card and the QRS becomes their property.

Returns

You have 60 days from time of purchase to return any item back to us for a refund. All returns must be sent with a completed “Product Return Form”. Failure to include this completed form may delay or prevent us from properly processing your return request. Restocking fee of $80 for a complete QRS system is applicable. If you are returning goods that are damaged or defective, or have removed the plastic protection cover from the mat and/or the pillow applicator, we will evaluate and determine refurbishment costs.

Refunds that include shipping related charges are granted only on transactions where product is inspected by Body Fields, and is deemed defective or in error - return shipping refunds in these cases are limited to the standard ground rate for your items.

Further, this will constitute an implied indemnity that you as the buyer of the QRS agree to indemnity and hold harmless the supplier and manufacturer of the QRS from any consumer claims against these products or their ultimate use.
